Meaning: Meditate upon Lord Ramachandra, who has long arms, holds a bow and arrows, and is seated in the lotus posture. He wears yellow garments, his eyes resembling fresh lotus petals, and his expression is serene and pleasing.
Mata Sita seated on his left side, whose face is as radiant as a lotus flower, and her gaze lovingly meets his. Lord Rama’s complexion is like a dark raincloud, and he is adorned with various shining ornaments. His head is crowned with thick matted hair, exuding divine splendor.

Meaning: May the son of Kausalya protect my eyes, may the lord Rama who is favorite of Sage Vishwamitra protect my ears.
May the savior of Yajna protect my nose, and may the Lord Rama who loves Lakshmana protect my mouth. ॥5॥
जिह्वां विद्यानिधिः पातु कण्ठं भरतवन्दितः।
स्कन्धौ दिव्यायुधः पातु भुजौ भग्नेशकार्मुकः ।। ६ ।।

Meaning: They who travel in the hell, earth and heaven and who travel surreptitiously by changing their forms, would not be able to lay their gaze, upon the one protected by the name of Lord Rama. ॥11॥
रामेति रामभद्रेति रामचंद्रेति वा स्मरन।
नरौ न लिप्यते पापैर्भुक्तिं मुक्तिं च विन्दति ।। १२ ।।

Meaning: Rama, Ramabhadrethi and Ramachandrethi, by remembering and chanting thus, one shall not be entangled in sin, and shall enjoy both worldly wealth and ultimate liberation. ॥12॥
जगज्जैत्रैकमन्त्रेण रामनाम्नाभिरक्षितम्।
यः कण्ठे धारयेत्तस्य करस्थाः सर्वसिद्धयः ।। १३ ।।

Meaning: The one who holds this mantra of Rama Nama, that has conquered the world, constantly in his throat, shall have all attainments in the palm of one’s hand. ॥13॥
वज्रपञ्जरनामेदं यो रामकवचं स्मरेत।
अव्याहताज्ञाः सर्वत्र लभते जयमंगलम् ।। १४ ।।

Meaning: The one who remembers these name of lord Rama, which is the strongest protection, such a person is unscathed and finds victory everywhere. ॥14॥

अश्वमेधाधिकं पुण्यं सम्प्राप्नोति न संशयः ।। २४ ।।
